Wherever You’re Starting From

Most shops want a finished file before they’ll talk to you. We’ll take it earlier than that.

You have cut files

Send them over. We’ll nest them, tell you the sheet count, and quote it before anything gets cut.

You have plans, but no cut files

Most plan sets aren’t machine-ready. We turn them into clean, nested toolpaths that are yours to keep.

You have a part, but no drawings

Broken bulkhead, rotted frame, a hatch nobody makes anymore. We measure it, draw it, and cut it.

You’re still figuring it out

Knowing what a design costs to cut is worth knowing before you buy the plans, not after.

Getting It to You

Cut panels are big, flat, and heavy — so we’d rather tell you the freight number now than surprise you later.

Pickup

Free, from the shop in southeast Michigan. Save the shipping cost and come see the machine while you’re here.

Freight

Crated and quoted with your job, anywhere in the lower 48. You’ll see the number before you commit to anything.

Frequently Asked Questions

What file formats do you need?

2D DXF or DWG works best. If you’ve got something else — a PDF, a printed plan, a photo of a broken part — send it anyway and we’ll tell you what it takes.

Can I supply my own plywood?

Yes. Bring your own sheets or we’ll source them. Either works.

Is there a minimum order?

No. One part or thousands.

What does it cost?

Jobs usually range from $200 for a single replacement part up to $5,000 for a full kit with material. Send us what you’ve got and we’ll give you a real number.

How long does it take?

Depends on the job and what’s on the machine. We’ll tell you honestly when we quote it, and we answer every inquiry within 24 hours.
